Akash-Shloka wedding: Antilia decked up with flowers

A host of Bollywood celebrities, politicians and sportspersons came together for the evening.

Singer, entrepreneur Ananya Birla looks radiant in a pink coloured lehenga as she poses for the paparazzi at Akash and Shloka Mehta's wedding at BKC, Mumbai.

The baraat, hosted at a concourse inside the Jio World Centre, saw celebrities, including Shah Rukh and his wife Gauri, dancing with Nita Ambani to the thumping music played by musicians Vishal and Shekhar. The wedding ceremony was preceded by many days of pre-wedding celebrations such as the Sangeet ceremony, Mehendi ceremony, pre-wedding bash in Switzerland and so on.

A reception will also be held here on Monday. For the same, Akash and Shloka had made their "fairytale" kinda entry in a white chariot. Set on the devotional and ancient theme of Raas Lila of Krishna, Radha and the Gopikas of Vrindavan, the presentation will see a collaboration of more than 150 Indian and global artistes. An India Today report had stated, "The Mangal Baaraat will assemble at the Trident in Mumbai at 3.30pm on Saturday".

It took place at the country's largest corporate house's newly-constructed convention centre in the Bandra Kurla Complex.
