Miami police seek public's help in 'disturbing' abduction caught on video

A man is seen getting out of the front seat before dragging her into the vehicle.

Detectives don't know who the woman or her alleged attacker is.

Police released the surveillance video showing the woman being forced into a auto at gunpoint outside the La Ceiba Tire Shop in Miami on Friday night.

Witnesses said the woman tried to hide in a restroom.

She was visibly distressed when the male figure dragged her out of the workshop and into the White Nissan Altima.

Next on the video, a slender man is holding the same woman from behind as he marches her to the vehicle.

What they do know is what's on the video and what witnesses described: A black female in her late 20s or early 30s in a long-sleeved shirt and dark trousers entered La Ceiba Tire Shop at 2345 NW 36th St. "He hit her like 20 more times with the door".

Police released the footage in a bid to find the victim, who they described as black woman in her mid 20s or early 30s, and between 5 ft 4 inches and 5 ft 8 inches tall.

Miami Police Commander Freddie Cruz calls the video "disturbing", when describing the woman taken by force from inside a store Friday night. We need to apprehend this individual. Partial numbers from the tag are CFJ7 or CJF7.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact police at 305-603-6370 or 911.
