Grande and Miller dated for two years before he died of an accidental overdose in September.
She thanked him in her acceptance speech, as well as their seven-month-old daughter, Kulture.
Making it clear that she had no beef with Grammys victor Cardi, Ariana is claimed to have also tweeted and deleted: 'nothing to do w [Cardi]. good for her. i promise. i'm sorry'.
She later deleted the tweets.

Cardi's debut Invasion of Privacy beat out albums by the late Mac Miller, Nipsey Hussle, Pusha T and Travis Scott. "I adored you from the day I met you when I was nineteen and I always will", she wrote.
Also, rapper Remy Ma tweeted, "Yes Cardi B congratulation babes".
Grande has been open about how deeply Miller's death has affected her.
Cardi B is a Warner Music artist.
After performing with Bruno Mars at last year's show, the Bronx rapper returned to deliver her own show-stopping set at Sunday's show.
