It is thought that Hazard knows what his decision will be this summer, but things can change quickly in football and what looks certain in December or February might not happen come summer.

In that scenario, the Belgium captain will likely see out the rest of his career at Chelsea, though he has made no secret of his desire to join the European champions, stating that it would be a "dream move".

Eden Hazard will reportedly ask Chelsea for a move to Real Madrid over this summer.

"I know what I'm going to do", Hazard said in an RMC documentary scheduled to be aired in France on Wednesday evening.

The Belgium global, who is yet to sign a new deal with Chelsea, has less than a year remaining on his contract.

Chelsea are prepared to make the 28-year-old the highest paid player in the club's history, but they have made no progress when it comes to negotiations.

Sarri said: "He's not decided yet if he wants to stay here or if he wants a new experience in another club".

A move to the Santiago Bernabeu would see Hazard link up with compatriot and former Chelsea teammate Thibaut Courtois who left for £35m last summer.

'I think about it, but without thinking about it.

Hazard has made 30 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring 15 goals.
