Chelsea's Hazard backs new signing Higuain to succeed in England

Higuain scored two goals in Chelsea FC's 5-0 thrashing of Huddersfield Town in the Premier League on Saturday as the Blues bounced back from their heavy defeat by Bournemouth last week.

And Chelsea FC star Hazard has admitted that he has been pleased by what he has seen from Higuain in the short time he has been at Stamford Bridge.

Hazard got his second in the 66th minute when rounding goalkeeper Jonas Lossl, and Higuain followed suit a few moments later - his thumping effort deflecting off Terence Kongolo on its way in, and David Luiz wrapped things up.

The Argentina striker has been settling in well to life at Stamford Bridge since his loan move to the west London club from Juventus last month.

When asked if Higuain is the outlet Chelsea have been after, Sarri told reporters: "I don't know".

"I don't know. I know very well that, when he arrived, he wasn't at the top of his physical condition". Now he's improving and I'm happy because apart from the goals he's very suitable to play close to Eden. Ampadu is more defensive, but Kovacic is really close to Jorginho in moving the ball very fast, one touch.

'We were really very risky, we didn't play back to the opposition goal like in the last match with five players sometimes. "Only 20 minutes if I have to defend a result", he said.

"I think the manager, the supporters and also us the players, we wanted to react in the best way after our performance at Bournemouth", said Kante, quoted by the Mirror.

After that match, Sarri kept his players in the dressing room for 45 minutes to warn them about their mentality, calling into question their record against some of the Premier League's smaller sides. "We need to understand that, in the future, we should not have to lose a game to add motivation".

"We feel we created some good moments, but we have to be much more aggressive and willing to score. This is training work".

Chelsea now occupy fourth place in the Premier League table, two points clear of Manchester United.
