Ocasio-Cortez Hits Back After Trump Questions ‘Who Cares’ About Her Comments

Former Senator Joe Lieberman is going strong with his criticism of Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the New York Post reported.

It appears that 59 percent of Americans agree with Ocasio-Cortez's idea and would support raising the highest tax rate to 70 percent, marginally.

When Yahoo News White House correspondent Hunter Walker asked Trump about Ocasio-Cortez calling him a racist, the president waved his hand a retorted by simply asking, "Who cares?" "But he's certainly given a voice to it and expanded it and created a platform for those things".

The young Democrat's comments came in response to Trump brushing off her accusations that he's a racist.

"I don't think it's surprising", Ocasio-Cortez said of the poll results in an interview with The Hill".

President Donald Trump said Monday that he's not paying any attention to the pot-shots fired by liberal wunderkind Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

The a 29-year-old freshman Demorcatic lawmaker from NY self-identifies as an economic socialist.

Waters and Ocasio-Cortez, a democratic socialist from the Bronx, will likely increase scrutiny of financial institutions on the committee. Ocasio-Cortez tweeted of her Republican critics, "But I understand how they can't conceive of a life where people don't casually maintain 2 homes".

Ocasio-Cortez recently floated the notion of a 70 percent tax on the wealthy to fund the proposed Green New Deal, of which she's an advocate.
