Ed Boon Shares Official Cover Art For Mortal Kombat 11

Mortal Kombat 11 is the next installment in the iconic fighting game series.

The reveal trailer for Mortal Kombat 10 and Mortal Kombat 11 both featured Scorpion in some capacity. We've seen the trailer, we've seen Scorpion and Raiden throwdown.

And featuring a roster of new and returning Klassic Fighters, Mortal Kombat's best in class cinematic story mode continues the epic saga over 25 years in the making.

But no matter how many characters are revealed by NetherRealm, rumours have surfaced this week which strongly suggests that Ronda Rousey will be portraying Sonya Blade.

The director also reminded gamers of the date of the Mortal Kombat 11 presentation in an unorthodox way.

Should this project find favor with the fanbase, I'm guessing it'll finally gloss over Mortal Kombat: The Journey Begins. The event will feature celebrity head-to-heads, new reveals about the game and an opportunity for the attendees to play it for the first time.

Mortal Kombat 11 will be launched on April 23rd for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. We'll be there to bring you all the news as it happens. I want to thank you all for the love and support of 2ndOpionion and ask you guys to please comment, like, subscribe, and share this review! It's Scorpion, the original "Get over here" character we all know and love.
