Samsung will launch the Galaxy S10 device at the Galaxy Unpacked event in San Francisco on February 20, 2019. Apparently, the smallest and cheapest of the three won't be called the Galaxy S10 Lite but, for some reason only Samsung probably understands, it will be marketed as the Galaxy S10 E.
At least one variant of the Samsung Galaxy S10 is expected to be powered by Qualcomm's newest Snapdragon 855 system-on-chip. "The exciting reveal will take place at a Samsung Galaxy UNPACKED event in London at 7pm GMT".

A new year means new smartphones and the first major launch of the year has already been booked off. Two of them will be direct successors to last year's Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus.
Samsung will be introducing a new smartphone series in India later this month. Also, it is speculated that the company will unveil its first 5G-enabled Galaxy S10 model. Huawei leapfrogged Apple in sales a year ago with its killer innovations like a triple camera setup, wireless reverse charging and, to some extent, flashy design choices.
The Galaxy S10 might come with "New Infinity" with edge-to-edge display (from the right to left) and heavily trimmed bezels at the top and the base. The S10 E and the regular S10 appear to have a single selfie camera while the S10+ has dual cameras on the front.
