Bayern Confirm They Want To Sign Chelsea Attacker

German giants Bayern have made four bids for the 18-year-old forward, the latest of them matching Chelsea's asking price of £35million.

Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi will reject the chance to sign a new contract with the club in favour of a move to reigning Bundesliga champions, Bayern Munich.

Hudson-Odoi now has 18 months remaining on his contract and despite Chelsea's best efforts, it has been claimed that his representatives have no interest in entertaining an extension to that deal.

But Bayern, who trail league leaders Borussia Dortmund by six points, are still chasing their man and Salihamidzic sees Hudson-Odoi as an ideal player for the club.

Hudson-Odoi has remained tight-lipped on his future at Stamford Bridge, which appears to be bright after eight appearances for the first-team this campaign.

"He is a very interesting player we really want to sign", he told German newspaper Bild during a winter training camp in Doha.

But according to Rudiger, the England Under-19 worldwide is seemingly contemplating life in Germany.

Alonso played the full 90 minutes of Tuesday's 1-0 defeat to Tottenham in the first leg of the EFL Cup semi-final - a game decided by Harry Kane's penalty following VAR controversy. "It was just a general question from him to know, because he is still young". Of course, he can develop in Germany as well and don't forget Bayern Munich is also a big club. "For his future, I wish him all the best but I just wish he stays with us". People have to give him time.

"Of course, as a young player it's very important to play". We'll see about the rest, ' he said.

"The guy stopped, if we have to wait for VAR I think he has to continue, but he stopped in the middle of the park".
