Red Dead Online beta players may lose progress


With microtransactions not now activated, and with key features from Red Dead Online still missing as it goes through its beta phase, it's simply too early to say either way.

Are you excited to jump back into Red Dead Redemption 2 with this expansive online experience? At the moment, they're testing their server loads for greater player numbers, and attempting to fix issues that are preventing players from accessing the beta.

Owners of the ultimate edition of Red Dead Redemption 2 gained access to the Red Dead Online beta yesterday and each day this week it will be opened to a wider audience. Apparently, the company remains unsure of whether players will be able to access beta progress in the online suite's full release. If you played the game between October 26 and October 29-according to Rockstar's data-you'll be able to join the fun from November 29.
