There, you will see the date the account joined Instagram, the country where the account is located, accounts with shared followers, any username changes in the a year ago and any ads the account is now running.
Snapchat has had a similar custom Stories feature since previous year. However, it seems to apply only to Stories, not regular posts, for now.
