Demi Lovato Spotted Out For The First Time Since Hospitalisation

She reportedly transferred to another top rehabilitation centre over the summer, and was spotted out in public for the first time since her drug drama in September, when she took a stroll with a friend outside the undisclosed venue.

It is unclear whether Lovato has been permanently checked out of rehab or merely took a short break from the facility three months after she was admitted following a drug overdose.

The two, who were friends before she entered rehab, were spotted out to eat at a high-end sushi restaurant in Beverly Hills on Saturday.

Phil Shaw, who was also there at the event, said that Lovato was "looking great;" she smiled and greeted people as they walked by.

Her mother, Dianna De La Garza, gave an interview last week, assuring fans that Lovato is now 90 days sober. "It's very hard, it's not easy and there are no shortcuts".

"I knew that she wasn't sober, but let me clarify: I didn't know what she was doing", De La Garza said.

"I now need time to heal and focus on my sobriety and road to recovery", she wrote.

"The love you have all shown me will never be forgotten and I look forward to the day where I can say I came out on the other side", she concluded. We're told Demi and Henry actually met a few years back when both were in rehab.

Lovato has sought in-patient treatment upon her release.
