New WWE Universal Champion Coronated At Crown Jewel

The Heartbreak Kid teamed with Triple H in a D-Generation X reunion to take on the Brothers of Destruction, Kane and Undertaker.

If you didn't see the show - which featured a two-minute Universal Championship match, another crowning of Brock Lesnar, Shane McMahon of all people being named the "best in the world" and the return of Hulk Hogan, good lord - here's a short clip of H getting injured.

The current Intercontinental and Tag team champion Seth Rollins, Dolph Ziggler, Bobby Lashley and WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle will represent RAW.

As is well known, the Saudi Arabian government is paying WWE a hefty price to hold these shows such as Crown Jewel overseas.

The WWE served up another massive success in Saudi Arabia on Friday as some of the sport's biggest stars thrilled and surprised a packed crowd in Riyadh at the Crown Jewel event at King Saud University Stadium. A night later, on Smackdown, Bryan lost his match to AJ Styles and his place was taken by Samoa Joe in the title match. In the Smackdown corner, Jeff Hardy will face The Miz while Rey Mysterio will be renewing his rivalry with Randy Orton in the first round.

WWE Crown Jewel will have a live telecast on Sony Ten 1, Sony Ten 1 HD (both English) and Ten 3, Ten 3 HD (both Hindi).

If that's the case, he's going to need time away from WWE to train and focus on fighting.
