Tara Reid was removed from her flight from LAX to New York City this week after reports of a "disagreement with flight attendants". Witnesses told the outlet that Reid was loudly complaining about her wrong seat assignment and the airline's lack of pillows.

Shortly before takeoff, the staff on board the flight helped Reid, who was dressed in a black jacket with a red beanie, and her small Yorkie exit the aircraft in a video obtained by TMZ. As RadarOnline.com has learned, the American Pie star got kicked off a Delta flight this Monday after causing a "disturbance".

A rep for the "Sharknado" star confirmed to the newspaper that Reid was removed from the plane, scheduled to leave Los Angeles for NY.

In a statement to People Magazine, Ashton Kang from Delta explained the jet had to return to the gate because of a "customer disturbance".

The 42-year-old, who was travelling with her dog Beso, was also reportedly upset that the passenger in front of her had a reclined seat.

Flight attendants had to ask her Tara Reid to leave after she was being hard about her seating arrangements.

The actress generated headlines over the summer when she slurred her words in a TV interview, notes US Weekly. "Of course everyone made a big deal about it..."

Neither Reid nor her team have spoken of the incident. When multiple publications reached Delta for a comment today following Reid's explanation, none of them responded to the inquiry. Once she deplaned, "The flight redeparted for NY following a short delay", said a Delta spokesperson.

The captain took the plane back from the gate but refused to take it off until Reid was escorted off it.
