Google has started sending out invites to its October 9 event.
If you're hunting for your next smartphone the Pixel 3 XL is a top contender.

Both the models will have a dual-tone glass back to facilitate wireless charging.
The Google Pixel 3 XL and OnePlus 6T are two of the best Android phones coming later this fall, and that means potential buyers have a tough choice to make. The company is also expected to unveil some other products as well just like a year ago. The original Pixel Buds might also get the successor on October 9th. The highlight is widely expected to be the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL, but Google likely has more hardware to unveil.
Google will not have much new to say about the Pixel 3 XL. However, Google Pixel 2 series, despite having a single 12MP sensors, managed to trump them all thanks to the Visual Core chipset and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based camera software. The Pixel stand is said to have Google Assistant built in it.
The pictures show a large phone with a dual front-facing camera and, to the disgust of some, a significantly large notch. The price of the device has not yet been revealed but it's expected to be of the same value as its predecessors when they came out, which was $650 to $850.
It'll also feature a P-OLED 6.7 inch screen with a 2960×1440 resolution, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Clearly, we had to take these rumours with a pinch of salt.
