Blade Runner star sought by police over burglary

Cops say two Apple laptops and video production software, worth about $12,000, were taken.

Actress Sean Young, who's best known among mainstream fans these days for her roles in Blade Runner and Ace Ventura, is wanted by police for her possible involvement in a NY burglary.

According to a report in the ONTD blog, Young had been directing a film titled "Charley Boy" for the production company, but was sacked four months ago due to a dispute with producers.

The video showed Young and another man breaking in, sources said.

The Associated Press and TMZ have also reported on the incident. She was arrested outside an Oscars party in 2012 after she was accused of slapping a security guard. The troubled star did recently receive a career boost by returning to her most famous role in 2017's Blade Runner 2049 - albeit with the use of CGI and a body double to recreate her appearance from the 1982 original.

Young has been known for erratic behavior over the years. He claimed he even found a mutilated doll on his doorstep. Young denied the allegations, and the case was later settled out of court.

Sean has been open about her battle with alcoholism, appearing on "Celebrity Rehab" with Dr. "I did another show with her a few years ago called Jug Face, and I really like Lauren".

She told The Guardian in 2015 that she doesn't expect to ever be as big of an actress as she was in the 1980s.
