Angelina Jolie claims Brad Pitt has not paid ‘meaningful child support’

In a new court filing, the 43-year-old Maleficent star accused her estranged husband, 54, of failing to pay "meaningful child support" for their six children in the more than year-and-a-half since the couple split.

Jolie Pitt filed for divorce almost two years ago and now has primary custody of their six children.

Pitt was later provided with cell phone numbers for each child, in order to text and call them without Jolie's supervision.

Maybe this has something to do with the fact that if she continues to be "unreasonable" and not allow Brad his time with the children she might lose custody.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been separated since 2016, but it looks like their "amicable" split is heating up.

Apparently, Angie is accusing Brad of not paying any child support for their six kids which is also the reason why she is demanding for the process to be sped up, so they can finally settle that part of the divorce too.

According to the source, Jolie has been escalating the custody battle.

"She has gotten a reputation of being very unreasonable throughout this divorce and things seems to be getting worse", the source adds.

However, an insider familiar with the situation told TooFab, "Brad always fulfills his commitments".

"In order for the marriage to be dissolved, certain things have to be resolved by both parties first, including matters of financial and child support", the source says. However, in June, Pitt and Jolie agreed to a temporary custody agreement after the Los Angeles County Superior Court deemed it would be "harmful" if the children had no relationship with their father.

The document says her attorneys will work with Pitt's lawyers to ensure the actors are single again in 2018.

"From the start, Angelina has been focused on their health and needs, which is why it was so important that this last court hearing be conducted privately", the spokesperson said.
