Gal Gadot Embodies Wonder Woman With Visit to Children's Hospital

With the second installment of the Wonder Woman movie franchise in the making, actress Gal Gadot has been busy - but that didn't stop her from taking the time to visit a special group of fans. "Next time, can you align your visit with my call schedule?"

"Thank you Gal Gadot for visiting us at Inova Children's Hopsital", tweeted Dr. Lucas Collazo alongside a photo of the star with the hospital's staff. "You are a true Wonder Woman", he wrote.

The actress, 33, arrived to cheer up some of the kids being treated at Inova Children's Hospital in Annadale, Va., according to Variety. Thank you @GalGadot. #ForTheKids'. "Love, #SuperFan." It appears that the visit was a surprise for both the staff and the kids, and was an altruistic move on Gadot's part.

Gadot has posted photos of her character from the sequel as well. Wesley Coller, Rebecca Steel Roven, Geoff Johns, Richard Suckle and Walter Hamada have also been named as executive producers. In one particularly mysterious image, Wonder Woman is looking at a bank of TVs, each playing something different from the era.

"Wonder Woman 1984" - which will find Patty Jenkins returning to the director's chair and add Kristen Wiig to the mix as the villanous Cheetah - will be released in theaters on November 1, 2019.
