Divorce Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie Reach Summer Custody Agreement

The court also specified a visitation schedule where Pitt gets allocated a certain number of hours a day to spend with his kids as he stays in London, where Jolie is now renting a home while filming Maleficent 2.

Jolie and Pitt share six children - Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 11, and nine-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne - and the kids have been living with their mom since the couple split in the fall of 2016.

According to The Blast, a judge ruled that if she doesn't help fix her children's relationship with her ex, she could lose primary custody. From early to mid-July, he'll have the kids for four consecutive days, and in late July they'll stay with him in Los Angeles for about a week.

If the children "remain closed down" to their father, the time they spend with their mother could be cut, the judge said in the court documents.

Jolie must also provide Pitt with the cellphone number of each child, and allow him to call at will, according to the reports.

The judge has even laid down a strict new cell phone policy - Brad will now be able to call and text each child at will - without Angelina monitoring the convos. The report states that Angie will need to switch up how she lets the kids interact with Pitt as the judge finds the current setup "harmful" to the children.

Reps for Jolie, 43, and Pitt, 54, are yet to respond to media requests for comment.

The papers detail the children's summer visitation with Brad in London and L.A., and say that a psychologist or psychiatrist will be present for the United Kingdom meetings. Pitt will choose one or two of the minor children to see at a time and during this period, he gets to spend time with each child at least twice. The schedule doesn't include Maddox, 16, because he's older and the judge has decided that he should decide on his own how much time he wants to spend with his father. A therapist will be present during that time and will meet with the kids before and after each two day period. Jolie is responsible for the children traveling back to Los Angeles and Pitt will be responsible for getting them back to London afterward. The allegations triggered multiple investigations, including by the FBI, that ultimately exonerated Pitt. Pitt wouldn't describe what he had gone through in the wake of his breakup as a mid-life crisis.

The temporary custody arrangement has been broken down week by week until August.

From July 21 through July 29, Pitt gets custody of the kids when he returns to California.

Nonetheless, Jolie past year purchased a Cecile B. DeMille's lavish former estate in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles. A child therapist will also be with the children during this time.

Meanwhile, Pitt has reportedly moved on romantically by starting a "friendship" or more with the Israeli-born Oxman.

Us Weekly confirmed the accuracy of the documents.
