Princess Charlotte Shows Off Her Headstand Skills for Mom Kate Middleton

The Duchess of Cambridge took her eldest children Prince George and Princess Charlotte to a polo match to support their dad Prince William.

All eyes were on Prince George and Princess Charlotte on Sunday as they frolicked in the sunshine at their father's polo match.

George and Charlotte have had a banner year.

However, there was one element of the Sunday summer scene which seemed out of place: Prince George, 4, was spotted wielding a rather realistic toy gun.

The three-year-old appeared to be having the time of her life at the event, rolling around in the grass and running about with older brother George, in the way that all kids do.

Twitter users questioned why he had been allowed to play with the toy gun, with many of those pointing to the current surge in violent crime that has hit the UK.

It looks as though the toy gun came as part of a classic "police set" as the youngsters can also be seen with a plastic baton and some handcuffs and Prince George is known to have a fascination with the police and emergency services.

Princess Charlotte had her mother Kate in stitches as she attempted a headstand.

But it was Princess Charlotte who really stole the show on the day, putting on a cheeky display for mum Catherine and the family's close friends, during the match.

George also spent a good portion of time playing with a giant rainbow-coloured slinky, and chasing his younger sister around. As crowds sang God Save The Queen, Savannah put her hand over the mouth of Prince George, causing many people to dub it the funniest moment of the day.

The incident brought back memories of the 2016 Trooping the Colour when William, 36, was scolded by Queen Elizabeth to stand up.

The tournament was Prince William's first sporting appearance since the couple welcomed Prince Louis earlier this year.
