LeBron James Has Reportedly Enrolled His Sons In LA Schools

While that would seemingly bode well for the Cavs, it's worth noting that James also owns a pair of homes and spends the bulk of his offseasons in Los Angeles, where the Lakers are expected to be one of his strongest suitors. I've got a teenage boy, a pre-teen and a little girl that wasn't around as well.

Russell, who won three more MVPs and nine more rings (11-1 in the NBA Finals) than Wilt, is rarely considered the better overall player though because it's widely recognized he was part of a dynasty, a team-based concept.

James didn't stop once the Cavaliers got to the Finals.

The Warriors dominated the first quarter to build a 34-25 lead and kept the pressure on for the next 36 minutes. Even James checked out early. The Mavericks have been linked with DeMarcus Cousins, who reportedly could earn a max contract despite missing the second half of the season with an Achilles injury. He was once a reasonably effective defender and a streaky 3-point shooter.

But the odds to win the 2019 NBA title posted at the Westgate sports book reflect the most likely landing spots for the four-time NBA MVP and imminent free agent.

No one is really expecting Wade to retire although he has played 14 seasons and is 36 while a noticeable decline has defined his last few seasons. He gave fans total effort for four years.

"I have no idea at this point", James said. The only question is: Why aren't the Bulls in the race for LeBron James? He was a rental in Miami and that's what he would be in Houston or Philadelphia.

Cleveland can offer James more money - a five-year, US$209 million contract - than anyone else, but the larger issue is what it can do to improve a roster that's now short on title-winning performance.

Realistically, James' best chance to win another championship is elsewhere, as the Cavaliers' past two Finals trips have made plain that they were outmatched against Golden State.

With James able to opt out of the final year of his contract and no hint of whether he may stay with his hometown team or again leave the Cavaliers to pursue National Basketball Association championships with another organization in better position to compete against the Warriors, there are plenty of questions to be answered in the coming weeks.

Then if you start looking at his Finals record, his last three losses were far from an indictment of his play.
