E3 is nearly here and we got yet another leak with the reveal of Just Cause 4 from a pre-purchase ad on Steam showing the latest installment of the open-world action adventure series. Another rumored game seems to be confirmed, as Valve apparently pushed an ad to Steam users for the as-yet-unannounced Just Cause 4. Just Cause 4 will be the latest addition to the Just Cause series.
What we do know is it'll indeed feature protagonist Rico back in action, the image looks like it could really be anywhere but the trees look like they could potentially be pulled from somewhere in Africa or maybe South America. With E3 kicking off on June 12, expect Just Cause 4 to be unveiled as part of whatever forthcoming games presentation and showreel Square Enix has planned.
Clicking the image leads to the game's still-hidden Steam page.
The other unusual thing about Just Cause 4 is that it means Swedish developer Avalanche Studios now has three games on the go.More news: Iceman returns for Tom Cruise's 'Top Gun' sequel!

Why before E3? Just cause.
Square Enix could be lining up a lot of announcements for its E3 press conference, which takes place on Monday morning.
Avalanche are going to self-publish the game themselves and it'll be out sometime next year. It's a brand new IP from the studio, which sees the player explore and try to survive in a "reimagining of 1980's Sweden" where hostile machines have invaded the countryside.
