Steve Kerr: Warriors bracing for 'incredibly difficult' Game 4 vs. Rockets

In the 2016 West finals against Golden State, Houston dropped Game 4 by 27 points and lost an embarrassing elimination Game 5 by 33 points.

For the Rockets, the past 72 hours was probably too long of a layoff to suggest that they would be able to recreate the same magic as they did in Game 2.

Golden State and Houston will tip off at 8:00 p.m. ET on TNT.

"I think Steph is healthy", Kerr said, speaking about Curry's 3-point shooting. "We got it handed to us", Kerr said.

"I've been in his presence a lot, and I have never heard him say that".

After each game, we've seen both coaches in postgame describe in detail what went right, what went wrong, and in between.

"Game 2, watching the film, I just had plays where I was in between - whether to switch or not, which way to send a guy".

On one of those occasions, cameras caught Curry saying "This is my f***ing house", after making a contested layup.

The Rockets have spent months living up to their promise that this season would be different: They have won more games, defended more effectively, and played with greater consistency than at any point during Harden's tenure. "But just defensively, they didn't feel us, and it showed tonight". The Rockets are one of the few teams in the National Basketball Association that can hold their own when shooting against the Warriors. "We've got a pretty resilient group".

The video of those 15 turnovers explains numerous important developments in the series, from Houston more aggressively helping off certain Warriors to some unusual miscommunication to refereeing. "We weren't as aggressive as we needed to be". Offensively we didn't have any thrust, and they exploited it. "We have short memories".
