The death toll now has risen to three from the crash that initially claimed the lives of Miles' daughter, Abigail Blumenstein, 4, and another child, Joshua Lew, 1.

She suffers from multiple sclerosis and is prone to seizures, which she was experiencing during the crash, according to the New York Daily News.
