Hello Games co-founder Sean Murray confirmed the news during an Inside Xbox live stream. Starting off, the May Xbox One update introduces the ability to link your Discord account with your Xbox account to chat with friends and see what they are up to. Besides that, he also showcased the new "NEXT" update for the game, which will be bringing in new multiplayer features and 4K support for the Xbox One.

Xbox One version 1805 has been available since 8am Pacific Time, so you can grab it now. What you'll find more useful as an Xbox One owner is Discord support which allows you to find friends playing on Xbox through the application and display your status. There's now a new "Groups" tab present in the "My Games & apps" section, allowing you to make custom folders for games and apps you want to group together. Any captured content can also be shared directly to Twitter after authenticating your account.

Microsoft tries to update its Xbox One, Xbox One S, and Xbox One X consoles once every month. New input learning mode allows the Narrator to say the name of whatever button is pressed on an attached device.

Xbox Live and Discord integration: Xbox Live users can now sign into their Discord accounts. The new update also includes Family Settings improvements in the form of a "Details" page that collects all the relevant family settings. You can press the View button to change and reorder items on the Home screen, and in the Guide, pressing View will show you additional options.
